I’m thinking the biggest difference between using non fungible tokens for art vs fungible is that fungible tokens offer more potential upside but they require more attention and time from the buyer to engage with them. There’s a place for both, but I think people tend to overestimate how much people want to increase their engagement with technology. NFTs allow for more grass touching and that’s extremely valuable

Agreed Fungible tokens are more complicated to understand for artists and collectors, especially if you’re not too familiar with crypto or markets But they’re better for the protocols and marketplaces because they generate a lot more fees… NFTs are a lot easier to understand for the average user. But they’re not as lucrative for the protocols and marketplaces
