how to win hackathons 🏆 - tip 1: build the right team it's not only about skills. it's more about chemistry you don’t wanna end up spending more time managing people than building i recommend teaming up with people you’ve worked with before and to keep the team small (2-3 ppl) how do you structure your team?

Agree, but also be open for that chemistry to happen during the event ;) Hackathons are a great place to meet new buildors-frens!
