Yesterday was plagued with issues, today is full solutions

Issue #1 - Wrong share frame

Our share frame was pointing to a dev build instead of the main build at launch

This led to a bunch of user confusion and once a frames in the wild there is no stopping it 😅

We pushed a migration flow to get users to uninstall the wrong frame and directed them to the correct one

Issue #2 - Wallets, which wallet? Why wallets why

We borked onboarding, it wasn't clear the clankerdex was a smart wallet itself or that when you finished onboarding that smart wallet was attached to the EOA you had connected 

We didn't account for non cbw and rainbow users on web 

And even then signing smart sessions was hit or miss for users of both on mobile 

So we're going Privy and going embedded - your warpcast connected EOA will still be available for depositing funds 

There will be a flow to transfer your smart wallet from your current EOA to this new embedded wallet

That should resolve wallet confusion and complications

Outages and broken XP system - the most fun part of gamified trading is the satisfaction loops

Yesterday, we bricked our AA/paymaster and issues that we're working with our providers to minimize going forward

We also had a UI bug with XP animations (infinite XP)

All XP from volume will be backfilled once this fixed

We probably should have closed beta and ironed these out before launch

On the other hand, yesterday shone a light on issues a smaller group could have never 

We know everything that's wrong and that will make all the difference
