If you shill meme coins to family members (especially if theyโre not terminally online) you should rethink your motives

Hot take: itโs not important for my mom to believe in the tech Sure itโs nice to help people make money but outside of bitcoin and maybe ETH Iโm really not comfortable recommending any of this shit to my family

them believing in the tech is them gradually getting more exposure to an asset class that will likely positively impact their retirement It's cool for them to use the tech in the process, once they do , they get it - no longer alien, underrated feature of helping your pops buy doge

IDK man, there is a difference between teaching them how to use a phone and setting them up with Robinhood for Options trading and telling them to put in an Iron Condor. Tell them about wallets and show them how to on ramp, that's fine. But getting them, hypothetically, to go 1k in on Jizzlypuff? Feels off to me but it's your relationship with your parents, you do you.
