Is very good, but its really hard to cook. I’d suggest you try it from an expert for the first time, 90% of the times feels too gummy

Yeah I've hit Milan - really cool city! 

Then rome/venice so more tourist trappy but still so many gems

Haven't hit the south but rave reviews from anyone who I know who has 

Can attest to the inevitable weight gain 🤣

I live in Milan, which is more about fancy eating, but still high quality

If you go to Tuscany, is where the great combo food+wine really happens

But the serious, traditional, old school italian stuff happens all in the south..

Far from fancy, but damn you will not be able to stop eating

(Its also quite heavy tho, you’ll gain some weight FOR SURE)
