I'm going through some of the failed crypto consumer apps and wonder why they actually failed. Bitclout and Rally.io sound like good ideas on paper. 

What is your take on why they failed?

Rally was just was to early then fell for the sidechain nonsense and collapsed on itself

Bitclout had bad juju's

I heard that rally couldn't figure out what additional utility to ship for social tokens. If that is true that is pretty disappointing.
