I'm always curious when stuff like this leaks... (assuming true) which side leaked it? I could see other bidders coming in now and driving up the deal price. So my 1st assumption is that windsurf leaked. Am I missing something?

Leaks can be pressure tactics. Could also be a rival bidder trying to spook the field or test sentiment
