WC should have "notif requests", just like it has a DC requests folder. Today I can notify users via DC, and if they haven't followed @event it goes to their requests folder—but it still reaches them. With FramesV2, there is no way to notify a user at all if they haven't added the frame.

An example: someone invites you to host or attend an event, but you've never used @event before. What do I do? How do I notify them? I get that it's a spam problem. But it feels like there should be something here to close the broken growth loop there.

cc @linda is this something you've heard about from other devs? any recs on how to handle other than to just notify via DC and native WC?
