Noticing an increase in content that feels AI-generated in my feed and priority mentions. Was there a change on the WC side or are the spammers just evolving?

Eh, no offense to anyone I follow but following only can get boring—I also want to be exposed to new content I wouldn't have otherwise come across in my existing circle.

Between seeking out manually vs an algo, I strongly prefer the latter—I'm lazy and it's less work. Ideally the algo is good enough that it does the "seeking" for me.

I don't know if that's "natural" as much as it is just easier. What about you, what do you think?

Do you think its more natural to expose yourself to new content by seeking channels/topics you are interested in or for the home algo to do that work for you?

agreed - thankfully WC lets to toggle between home, and following. Its really just adjusting what the default is. I jump back in fourth so often, I dont follow enough people to strictly live off my "following" feed.  Im too terminally online for that
