I know limiting rsvps by active badge has its trade-offs, so now we have another option. I've turned it on for the denver meetup, so if you're not a bot and want to come, click "apply to join" :)

also note (bug discovered and fixed) - if you are already approved and you apply to join again, you'll be RSVPed without needing to await approval
