Great question! DF Arena runs on Gnosis Optimism and we drip every account $0.01 XDAI. The gas price is 10^-9 gwei, which means the $0.01 drip enables ~11 billion moves for a player. The system is still sybilable, but there are bigger targets than the $20 in our faucet.
