I’m writing a site that uses markdown for its backend content, but I need tweaks in the standard things, like Parsedown etc. I know enough to ask the AI for the exact tweaks (e.g. diff regex) and it just does it.

You can say things like “write PHP that parses a footnote in markdown, moves the footnote content to after the footnote, and formats it using label, checkbox, and span with Tufte CSS” and it will either magically do it or approximate it

Even if it totally fails you can break the prompt down into more discrete stepwise asks and get most of what you want.
