First week of rowing rehab is going well! It really got to me not being able to row for the last several weeks, but I kept busy and hit the gym as much as possible to keep my legs active! In June I am attempting to row 100 miles off the west coast of Scotland , hopefully circling the Isle of Mull!

“Rivers know this: there is no hurry. We shall get there some day” Sometimes we need to relax our minds, and focus not too much on the end destination or goal. Sometimes we need to take the scenic route, embracing the twists and turns along the way. Trust the flow.
