Not directly but friends never complained about it. Also their actual business is data center to data center and business to business routing so they know what they do

when I was living in the city init7 was amazing, no throtteling, full speed, no overloading of nodes with customers. then I moved to an area w/o fiber and the upc/sunrise is soso. init7 was at that time the best fiber provider, with a knowledge ceo with good insights on twitter. but it's some years ago, I dont know how they are doing now.
