Lol What other training for climbing do you do?

Try to climb 3x a week, but its more like 2.5x a week. I always start with 15 mins of hangboarding with some warm-up hangs and then 3 max hangs. I go to the gym 1.5x a week for general health stuff, but for climbing I try to do chest-supported rows, lat pull downs and these external rotations (see below)
