Help me out: crypto is supposed to be a hedge against a volatile world but it seems more volatile than anything else and if there’s anything predictable, it moves with the nasdaq. What am I missing?

i think this is the most misunderstood thing about crypto - even within crypto circles.

crypto is not supposed to be anything, and that is almost literally the thing that defines it.

Crypto has only gone through a bunch of four-year mini cycles.

I agree with you, too immature and young to be "anything" yet from a portfolio allocation pov.
