Over 570,000 $DEGEN needed to get a 10,000 allowance already 👀

I feel like the math has got to be a little more complicated than what is being floated around here. 

For example, if an individual’s share of the total allowance pool is limited to 0.22% (10,000/4,500,000) then their excess contribution to the vault would need to be removed in determining everyone else’s allowance, otherwise the whole allowance pool wouldn’t be distributed, right? Which would mean to get the max 10k allowance, you would need to distribute far less than 0.22% of the total pool.

Simply put, under the current calculations, if your allowance is being capped at 10K because you “over-stake”, then:

(pre-cap allowance) - 10,000 =
$degen that can’t be tipped by anyone

The math currently is that simple, and does currently lead to the situation you describe.
