Thanks! I never liked distance running. A few years ago I ran a half marathon and took the training leading up to it super seriously, but I couldn’t keep up the habit of running regularly once that was done. It’s so hard to build up endurance and speed, and so easy to lose it! Hoping to do it more regularly in the coming year.

I’m definitely a fair-weather outdoor runner. Can’t be too hot or too cold (or rainy as is often the case in Portland). I enjoy trail running though; it’s more visually stimulating, and helps keep my mind off the fact that I’m running. Lol

I only run during summer days, and I don't do it more than once a week in winter. I know it's a mistake-I should be doing more. I'm trying to gain some weight, but that's just how I am. Lazy ass in winter less cardio...
