Yep! My goal is to get to under 22 minutes

I would just focus on making incremental improvements and try to run consistently. It’s a slow process to build up endurance and speed, but very easy to lose it if you take too long of a break!

I have not done any 5k. I can do 1.5k right now but not more. 

Any tips?
