Ordered one of these things last week.
It’s a “time lock” for your phones/devices etc, I’ve used it 3 out of the last 4 nights to lock my phone from 8:30 pm to 7:30 am. I can’t say it would have this effect on everyone but man, once that lock switched on and I had no temptation…

You're a stronger man than I'll ever be (and unfortunately for me, my work doesn't end when I leave the office, so I need it handy). But I'll keep this in mind for when my kids have phones!
