Yeah, I know exactly that feeling. I've been pushing myself hard the last couple of runs, but I'm thinking about maybe slowing it down some next week, or maybe mixing in an outdoor run now that it's warming up a bit in Portland.

... the last half mile definitely felt like I was just hanging on, but it felt great to beat my previous time.
