5K until ETH hits $5K... is that hours or years away? Who knows?

I made two attempts last week and just couldn't physically or mentally get to 5K... so happy with this attempt which was also a massive struggle. Such a mental game.

So true! I ran my fastest last night since I started the streak, and I was in the zone, mentally. I had a really good run of upbeat songs that I just got lost in.

I've been watching the pirate show Black Sails and it's been really engrossing... but every now and then they fire a musket and I flinch and duck while running because my headphones make it sound like it's behind me.

I find that my sleep patterns tend to have a huge affect on my running ability, which feels wild to me.
