"Schrödinger's Rug" - Why we need measurable metrics for success. I'm in a weird spot: If someone does the DAO dirty, I believe it's good to publicly talk about it, in order to learn from it. But when there's no self-imposed deadline to deliver something, who's to say it's not on it's way?

I’m not a fan of being negative/critical in public, much to lose & not much to gain. I did try in private. I’m fully ready to make a fool of myself if tomorrow everything comes out and blows us all away. One lesson: I won't vote "For" on 100+ E props w/out deadlines. tl;dr I just wanna see the $20k wooden gnome

And please excuse the schizo-collage 😅 I think we should put 90% of our focus on the positive. But there's a risk of genuine contributors to ⌐◨-◨ be turned off by what they perceive as accepted grifting. Publicly writing about this to prove to myself & them that the world doesn't end if you ask questions.
