I'm in a weird spot: If someone does the DAO dirty, I believe it's good to publicly talk about it, in order to learn from it.

But when there's no self-imposed deadline to deliver something, who's to say it's not on it's way?

I appreciate that this stuff is really hard to say – and engage with. 

Unclear if it’s worth any focus on specific proposals or builders but the sentiment that the DAO should get better at voting through stuff with clear goals and deadlines, and also milestones and streaming payments seems wise.

I get where you're coming from on specific people, a part of it *does* feel icky, for various reasons.

But I do think there's value in being (more) direct. @hotfive.eth defrauded indexcard & later on went on and got funded on a different prop. ⌐◨-◨ culture needs a small nudge into the no-bs direction.

Yeah, no reason to dwell on it now.

But, FWIW money was being sent out of the multi-sig multiple times after I first raised concerns, which would indicate that I didn't raise concerns loudly/harshly enough then. So idk what lessons to take from that.

I think in the case of any builders coming to the DAO for a further ask it’s very important that we’re clear and honest re their history

Until they return maybe we just move on?

But we must be honest with ourselves about the situation or outcome. I think I agree with you: A nudge towards no-bs is good
