#Elixir gave away $300 in $ELX tokens for freezing a 10 $ETH deposit for 7 months and they offer to keep the tokens for 3 months to get x2 tokens in the future. I had a suspicion that they are scoundrels, but not so much. 
Of course, I advise everyone to get rid of the token and not to touch a questionable project. In the short term, price manipulation is possible since the project team holds most of $ELX.
