FYI, It's showing that I've got an allowance of ~1500, but I haven't relocked yet. I think my allowance should technically be 0 at the moment

Yeah, interesting. Dune query shows 0 locked, but you have 341 from openrank score, and 1366 available today as you did not use any allowance for tips in the past 4 days.
