Bybit, the second-largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has offered a $140 million bounty to help identify and recover the largest crypto heist in history. The exchange said it would donate 10 percent of the recovered funds to cybersecurity experts and blockchain analysts who help track down and return the stolen assets.
