I think it’s unlikely - SEC generally wants things easily accessible. I think minting in parallel is likely the optimal path.

And centralized cloud backups are centralized. I’m hopeful to see a proper solution take off someday, however this is where the market is today.

This has been a long standing problem with key management. The three categories of solutions have been social recovery, biometrics and centralized cloud backup. These all have one fatal flaw. Our best friends are not all technical or there forever, biometrics don’t allow for key rotations and/or are a public key.

If you're going to launch a token, target getting it out there before Bitcoin hits $70k. While raising capital through a token sale gets easier, everything else gets harder and more expensive including: - Exchange listings - Partnerships / Integrations - Custody / Wallet integrations
