does the content of message requests expire if they’re not opened within a timeframe? saw a bunch of msgs in requests today (from last year) but they were all blank :/

yes, automatic default is 30 days unless you go into the message and change it to longer.

on web, it is in the top right corner of the message on mobile, go to the DC then click the (i) in the top right, then click edit in the top right, and then youll be able to change message retention.
