Hey everyone 💕 Depression is so difficult to describe to people who have not fought it. I liken it to a thick, heavy,  wet blanket. You can pretend it's not there, but it is impossible to ignore.

I painted the Conqueror today to represent the struggle I have, together with millions of others.

I feel there’s are so many people that feel  they be judged because of it. If isn’t right, e should support each other. Did you ever try Ketamine? I’m considering it.

Thank you for staying so openly and vulnerably. It helps up normalize this still uncomfortable for many topic. I have suffered from debilitating depression for probably most of my adult life. It’s only been about a year that I am finally  free of it
