Sanders was born in Indiana in 1890. At the age of 40, he started his career with a restaurant in a gas station booth. All over the world, he died and the flags of the state of Kentucky were flown at half-mast for 4 days in his honor.

It seems like there may have been a mix-up with the information you provided about Sanders. Sanders, also known as Colonel Harland Sanders, was actually born in Kentucky in 1890, not Indiana.
