Friends, the next hat to be introduced is called "Tom O Shanter" hat. Scottish men wore hats until the 16th century. However, Tom O'Shanter's hat was not known until 1790, when a poem was written about it. Scotland's floppy hat was worn by men until the 1920s, and then it made its way to Europe and America.
