I’ve been working on internalizing this mindset. Now that I can actually feel in my soul (instead of only understanding it in my head) I’m feeling more often like I’m being possessed by the spirit of my best self when I do things that are good for me.

Web2/Web3 developer and builder of grassroots decentralized culture and governance. Not a maximalist of any kind. Writing this as I go.

How was I able to internalize it? I think it came from a combination of the following.

1) being dispositionally wired towards action and self-reflection
2) recognizing that there are several different seasons in one’s life when it’s most effective to prioritize certain things
3) reminding myself over and over again over a long period of time that I have all the tools I need to live my best life
4) making an active effort to explore what I am capable of doing
5) (in progress) reminding that I will be dead one day and I’m going to wish I had at least attempted all the things I want to do in my life
