What are your favourite winter destinations for *warm/comfortable* climate?

Based in Northern Europe and planning to make a ~1 week trip around Christmas and have a few ideas, but also looking for inspiration 🤗

Smart move! Hoping to hit the southern hemisphere in the first months of ‘24 and escape the worst of winter here.

Great suggestions, Canaries is currently one of the favorites!

Last year we did a similar Christmas trip to Azores. Beautiful and amazing timing with almost no tourists.

We generally follow summers by hitting the southern hemisphere 😆 

Tho from Europe we also enjoyed the Canaries, Morocco and Egypt. Into December they’re not exactly beach weather, but there’s sun and you’re not fully bundled up!

Is Morocco on your list? I toured the central area a while back (Marrakech, Essaouira) but want to check out the north (Fes, Chefchaouen).
