🌅 Mornings are my favorite time to reset and recharge! I love starting my day with a warm cup of tea, a few minutes of deep breathing, and some stretches to wake up my body. Taking this little bit of time for myself sets a positive tone for the rest of the day. How do you kick off your mornings?
