i used to go to verve arts district all the time when we were at usc

not necessarily underrated, but worth it imo

maru coffee used to be my underrated spot, but then tiktok found it 🙃

I’ll reply guy as the Arts District local.  Boxx and Eightfold are two of my favorites.
