my mom has walked 10,000 steps per day everyday since she retired in 2018

this gave me some inspo since im training for my first marathon this year and im younger than your mom when she started

a half in hawaii sounds pretty rad though

i don't know how you feel about guided runs but coach bennett (nike run club app) always makes me feel like im running with a buddy
