started watching Yojimbo last night after watching an Every Frame A Painting video about the director’s use of movement

Really beautifully made but a bit too slow paced for the modern brain

the use of wind is amazing though, interestingly quite similar to Miyazaki

the movement of winds and crowds is really impressive

makes you realize how completely static a lot of movies are. i think the wind in Miyazaki movies also what adds so much life to the scenes
