i remember having the public/private likes convo with @dwr.eth when warpcast was rolling out the “likes” tab on the profile. he said it was a discovery tool. i said it was a cancellation tool. we all know how every debate with @dwr.eth ends. interesting X will now move them private. thoughts?

imo it’s well worth keeping them public discovery via likes is super powerful likes are “public” regardless, someone can go look at the likers of a specific cast and see them, any client can use it, etc..

didn’t realize it included this too - makes sense they’d do both at once, but it’s a doubly dumb product decision
