Does it happen automatically for pump.fun?

Needs actual LP on uniswap for DEXscreener to care about it.  I think once enough trading happens on wow, it gets launched on uniswap, and then DEX will see it.

But for DEX to have description, logo, etc, you have to pay them.

Or at least get a @grunt.eth to manually add the market cap in @rainbow until it updates it
