Great call on the channel, same with collective I do think we need clearer objectives! Will think on it

channel: better manage the pinned comments (adopt a policy to not let things stay pinned for more than 3 days... you can always pin them again if you feel the need)

collective: define mission and a single metric that aligns to that mission. then group can come up with initiatives to serve that north star.
