100km Ultra trail training update! β°οΈ Fartlek workout smashed me today ππͺ Time: 1:10:00 Distance: 11.87km Average HR: 160bpm Workout: 10x sets of hard push with slow jog as rest - hard push (for 3mins) @ 4:58/km - Recovery (for 2 mins) @ 7:00/km A really good and surprisingly hard workout if anyone wants to try it π«‘
