AGI is getting better, but true autonomy where AI can think, decide, and act completely on its own s still a long way off. Right now, AI is impressive but still depends on humans for data, goals, and corrections. The real breakthrough will happen when AI can define its own objectives and adapt to new challenges without being told what to do. Maybe advances in self-learning models, brain-inspired computing, or something entirely unexpected will push us in that direction.
