Starknet will launch a Stwo prover in April 2025. This will allow Starknet to reach 500,000 hashes per second, which in turn could significantly speed up the adoption of blockchain in the enterprise sector. The new prover will be 940 times more efficient than the current one.

MicroStrategy CEO Michael Saylor has proposed a digital asset policy to the US government. The proposed policy is designed to strengthen the US dollar, reduce the national debt, etc. Saylor also claims that the creation of a Bitcoin reserve could bring the government up to $81 trillion.

The TON Foundation has introduced tokenized Bitcoin. The Open Network team has published a white paper on the TON Teleport BTC cross-chain bridge, which will allow Bitcoins to be transferred to the platform and withdrawn back without any obstacles. The connecting asset is tgBTC.

Binance Labs Invests in ZKsync Elastic Chain. Binance Labs has invested an undisclosed amount in Sophon, bringing Sophon's total raised to date to over $70 million. Sophon is the elastic chain of ZKsync. The v24 update, launched in June, transformed ZKsync from a single ZK rollup to a multi-chain network.

Bitwise has filed an S-1 with the SEC to launch an XRP ETF. According to the filing, the XRP ETF will provide direct custody of XRP. After filing the S-1, Bitwise will also have to file a Form 19b-4 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). If the SEC approves these documents, the XRP ETF will be launched

Optimism developers are working on a Superchain interaction system. This system is designed to ensure the smooth transfer of assets between L2 networks, as well as effective interaction between users and developers. This will help the Superchain work as a single blockchain. OP Labs also proposed an update to Granite, aimed at increasing network security. If the proposal is approved, the update will take place on September 10.
