After joining the pool, your DEGENx starts to accrue immediately. But to see the balance in your wallet, you have to "connect" to the pool. After the frame tells you that you have joined the pool, hit the [View] button to go to app.superfluid.finance where you can manage all your streaming tokens. Hit DEGENx under Degen Chain, then goto the "Streaming Distributions" tab, then hit the "Connect" link. You will need to send a transaction on Degen chain, which will cost you way less than 1 cent in gas. See the video here for steps.

This is my first foray into distribution pools powered by the @superfluid protocol. Long overdue. It is a bit of an experiment, a prelude to other projects that may use these "one to many" streams in interesting ways. Stay tuned.

I do. For now, at least. But the protocol supports multiple "distributors" to a single pool. So in future, multiple "incoming" streams of varying flowRates could be supplying DEGENx to the pool, always being split equally by members.

🤓 Side note for tech folks: while I have set this up as "1 equal share per address", the protocol supports shares that act like ERC20 tokens. Someone with 10 "units" gets 10 times the flow of someone with 1 unit in the pool. And yes, if enabled on a pool, these "units" can be transferred just like ERC20 tokens. Which opens up some interesting possibilities, IMO.

- Just join the pool and your DEGENx will start accruing every second. For it to fully show in your wallet a simple "connect" transaction is required (see reply with video above).

- I am streaming 1000 DEGENx into that pool per month, and the stream is split equally between all members. It is effectively a "one-to-many" stream. So the DEGENx goes to all the members of the pool

- DEGENx is a streaming version of native DEGEN on Degen Chain. To "mint" DEGENx, you "upgrade" (or deposit) DEGEN into the DEGENx contract. One way to do this is via app.superfluid.finance -- it is a "1 for 1" exchange that gives you 1 DEGENx for every 1 DEGEN.  Once you have DEGENx, you can stream it in realtime.  Of course, you can always "downgrade" to get native DEGEN (again, 1 for 1).  A technical answer is that DEGENx is a wrapped form of DEGEN, with wrapper providing streaming superpowers ... which is why they call it a "Super Token".
