On Degen Chain, you can use Jeeves Marketplace, which works similar to OpenSea. The Dogs are at https://www.jeeves.market/degen/collection/0x77722fa8a43dfcc3e01c1db0b150b9db9d1e53dd I have already listed and sold 2 of the former "treasury-owned" Dogs there, and will likely list others. Listing activity may be light initallly, but you could try making offers. I plan to cast about it soon to remind Dog owners about this option... (cc @0xfran)
