maybe after hitting a milestone you can get more stats displayed (eg 120 day streak, missed 7 days)

A fair point. Casting just to keep a streak alive is not a good reason for casting. There would be better incentive alignment if the streak required that casts meet some quality standard, such as being liked by the moderator or above some @airstack SCV threshold.

after 2 days, we already got sooooo many "casting to keep my streak alive" casts.

you can't push on a string.

you can't make ppl interesting if they're boring af.

Not to mention how the one-channel streak rule disincentivizes participation across .... 2 channels

I believe we are currently testing it as a beta feature, and I think it will progress to the exact point you mentioned in the future

Streaks will then soon become one's profile personality

If that would be a requirement for what a good cast is, people would beg for likes. Anyway I don't even think the streak feature will stay. We already have tokens allowance and power badges to fight for.

See /justbuild they will reward posts that fulfill the criterias. There are human mods that will ensure this. But also means everyone can post. Not only power users
