This is pretty awesome! Question: Is the 'DegenTipRule' contract just an onchain registry of tips, with source data coming from the degen.tips API? Or has it now become the canonical data source that will be used to calculate tip airdrops (ie. will the /degentokenbase team use the contract data to send airdrops)? (cc. @jacek @lum0x)

Yep, we post tip data to the smart contract as it comes in. The goal is to eventually make it the canonical data source for airdrops.
