Background: Degen Dogs were born at the @ethglobal ETHOnline 2021 hackathon. Named one of just 10 Finalists and winner of 7 sponsor prizes. Mission 1 launched to production on Polygon on 3.14 of 2022, featuring /nouns -style auctions with proceeds swapped to DeFi tokens and streamed to winners of past auctions (powered by @superfluid). Some called the "streamonomics" a ponzi-like game to incentivize promotion of future auctions. It was definitely degen. 10% of proceeds went to charity, and $12,000+ was raised. Two months later Terra/LUNA collapsed, so the timing wasn't ideal.

But Mission 2 is coming, the Dogs will be traveling to a new home, and more Dogs will be minted. More rewards will be streamed. And it will definitely be Degen.
