You don't need to mint a DragN to earn a Round 13 Pixel Noun. Rather, you need to **refer** others' to mint one via your cast frame. That said, one way to do this is to cast the mint frame and then mint via your own cast. On mobile you do need CB wallet for that, unfortunately, but on desktop/web you can use other wallets.

My head is spinning just reading that. I don't fully understand. I can say that the your address verified on FC ending in D036 does indeed (currently) hold >100K $NOM and does NOT hold a DragN.
